road back to me

i never used to belve ppl can get in such a state that they can hardly care for themselves..i always beleve it was the lazy way out...and that depression was an excuse...i know now that eveything i once beleved on the issue was so far from the truth...and recovery takes a lot longer than ppl think...i shuld now...im still stuck trying to build the road bak to me
